Low-Latency Market Data System Architecture
Study and build low-latency market data systems: feed handlers, order book reconstruction, efficient serialization, lock-free design, measurement and resilient distribution.
This course treats a trading platform as a distributed software system. You will design event schemas, message flows between market data, strategy, risk, order management and portfolio services, and implement them in Python with queues and streaming tools. The course stresses determinism, replay, fault handling and observability so the same code paths can run in historical simulation and paper trading.
